In our Oceanside location, you'll find us situated at the intersection of Lawson Boulevard and Evans Ave in Oceanside, NY. Ample parking is conveniently available on the side streets or in the lot adjacent to Kevin's coffee shop, ensuring a stress-free arrival for your salon experience.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments reminders are sent via text 72-48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We require a credit card to be on file before your appointment is booked.

-Giving notice less than 48 hours in advance will result in a fee of 50% of your service total.

-Giving notice less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee of 100% of your service total.

- NO SHOWS will also result in a fee of 100% of your service total and a full deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standy guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. bua salon's policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, if you are unhappy with the result of your hair we offer redo or adjustments during a 2 week period after your appointment! We will do whatever it takes to make you happy! Please understand that color and products are costly.
